OUR HISTORY

  1. 2005–2009

    1. 2005.6

      Start as a company

      Yuki Takei, the president of the company, founded WESEEK Ltd. with his friends while studying at Waseda University. The company name "WESEEK" has the message of "We always keep seeking.

    2. 2007.8

      Moved the head office to Takadanobaba

      Moved the headquarters to Takadanobaba Union Building. Actively recruited interns as well as employees to develop social games and other products.

    3. 2007

      Capital increase

      Increased capital to 15 million yen.

    4. 2007

      Changed from a startup company to a encorporated company

      Changed the company name from "WESEEK Ltd." to "WESEEK ,Inc." due to capital increase.

    5. 2009.10

      Quiz ふるふるご〜すと (Furufuru~ghost) release

      Released "Quiz ふるふるご〜すと" (Furufuru~ghost), a real-time competitive quiz game developed in-house. (The service has now been discontinued.)

  2. 2016–2019

      Moved the head office to Iidabashi

      The office relocated to Iidabashi due to expansion of staff. The office has a glass-walled conference room and other interior design features.

    2. 2017.2

      GROWI released

      Comfortable information sharing for everyone. The OSS wiki system "GROWI (formerly crowi-plus)", developed by forking "Crowi", is now available to the public. It is used by many people, especially engineers.

    3. 2019.11

      Moved the head office to Takadanobaba

      Moved from Iidabashi to Takadanobaba again. Two large and two small conference rooms and a refreshment space were newly built. Around this time, the Beppu Satellite Office also began to expand its staff.

      GROWI.cloud official release

      Making information sharing more accessible and easier. Officially released "GROWI.cloud," which allows you to operate and manage GROWI without specialized knowledge. The service is now available for individuals and corporations.
